The working principle is shown in below picture, where the cold air blown out from a honeycomb plate placed on the raised floor will be absorbed through the front side of the equipment and becomes hot air. The said hot air will then be ventilated into the hot air channel through the back side of the equipment. The hot air gathered within the hot channel will be drawn back to the cooling equipment through an air outlet mounted at the upper position. The cold and hot air channel solution provided by Aiworld is featured by following advantages:

•The separation of cold and hot air realizes a single air flow path, which ensures direct heat exchange between the equipment and cooling unit.
•Able to prevent the hot air flowing back from the back side of the cabinet to the front intake of the equipment, avoiding the mixing of cold and hot air.
•Modular design convenient for quick on-site assembly.

•No demand for additional air conditioners or alteration of the existing ones, which realizes a 15% ~ 20% decrease in power consumption.
